Draft for review. These pages are a working template, not legal advice. They must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before publication — particularly on the cross-border points, since the company is registered in Wyoming, operates in the Dominican Republic, and serves clients resident in the EU and UK.

What we collect
We collect only what you send us and what we need in order to arrange your travel. In practice that means your name and contact details; the dates, party size and preferences you tell us; and, where you choose to share them, details necessary to arrange a stay properly — dietary requirements, ages of children, mobility needs, and similar.
Some of that may constitute special category data under UK and EU data protection law. We ask for it only where it is needed to arrange something safely, we hold it because you asked us to remember it, and you may ask us to delete it at any time.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, to arrange and deliver what you have asked for, to make the necessary bookings with third-party suppliers, and to keep a record of your preferences so that you are not asked the same question twice. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except suppliers who need it to deliver the specific arrangement you have requested.
Where it is held
Correspondence reaches us by WhatsApp, telephone and email. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by Meta Platforms under its own terms. Our records are held on services located in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
For as long as you remain a client, and for a period afterwards where we are required to retain records for tax or legal reasons. Ask us to delete your file and we will, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in portable form. Write to dh@360luxury.com. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority. Residents of California have comparable rights under the CCPA.
03 — Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and Google receives your IP address in the process. If you would rather that did not happen, the typefaces can be served from this domain instead — see the note in our technical documentation.
Should we add analytics or any non-essential cookie in future, a consent banner will appear before anything is set.
04 — Terms of use
The content of this website is provided for information. Descriptions of properties, vessels, aircraft, courses and destinations are given in good faith and may change. Nothing here constitutes an offer or a contract; arrangements are confirmed individually and in writing.
Text, photography and design on this site belong to 360Luxury LLC or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.
05 — Booking terms
Placeholder. Booking terms are the commercially important document on this list and cannot be drafted from a template. They must be written around how you actually contract — see the notes below.
Points that must be settled before these are written
- Whether 360Luxury contracts as agent for suppliers or as principal in its own right. This single question determines where liability sits and should be decided with counsel, not by drafting.
- Deposit, balance and cancellation schedule, by category — villas, charter, aviation and events all behave differently.
- Force majeure and, specifically, hurricanes. What happens to a booking when a named storm is forecast, when an airport closes, and when a property becomes unusable. This is the clause your clients will actually read.
- Limitation of liability, and how it interacts with consumer protection law in the client's home jurisdiction.
- Complaints procedure and governing law.
- Disclosure of supplier commissions, consistent with what the site already promises.
